I am moving my BI installation to a new computer. Both computers are running the current version. I export the reg file no problem, but when I import it in the new installation it crashes without any error message. I can see in the log that the cameras exist, but nothing works. I can't see any cameras to even edit the properties. I have emailed support twice and have not gotten a response. I have been using this software for a few years and it has always worked great. I have 4 installations with no problems. This current import is for 30 IP cams and i don't want to have to reenter them all manually. Can anyone help?
