A yesterday days ago Windows 10 on our NVR wanted to update and reboot, Blue Iris was already up to date, and recently (last week or so) I also renewed the support, I also know that the renewal work as it reported that I was eligible for version 5.

However, after the NVR rebooted following windows 10 updates, it is now coming up asking for the license key and it won't accept the key we have nor the new key from the support renewal.

I have emailed support with all information but have yet to hear anything back after 24 hours. We are urgently needing the system back up as it is a 27 Camera security system for a business and we need it for Saftey and Security purposes.

Is there any options to try to fix this?

I have the same issue and have emailed support as well. Very frustrating. What options do I have???

Same issue here. Any word from tech support? I sent an email this morning but have not received a reply yet.

I upgraded windows server 2008 to windows server 2016 and had the same issue. Emailed support on 5/12/19
